Whether you’re ordering a one-off design from an affiliate shop or placing a custom bulk order, we aim to get your items to you quickly, safely, and with care.
Delivery Services
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD, depending on the size, weight, and delivery location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our production studio in Scotland.
Production & Lead Times
Our standard lead time is 7 to 14 days from the date of order — this includes both affiliate orders (made to order) and bespoke B2B jobs.
Orders may take longer if:

There are stock shortages (we’ll let you know right away)

You request artwork edits, size changes, or address updates after ordering

We need clarification before going to print or embroidery
If you need your item(s) by a certain date, please leave us a note at checkout. We’ll always do our best to meet your deadline and will contact you if we expect any delay.
Made to Order
All items — whether purchased through an affiliate shop or made for a business or group — are produced to order. This helps reduce waste and ensures your item is made just for you.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on parcel weight. You’ll be able to review this before payment.
Delays & Couriers
Once your order has been collected by Royal Mail or DPD, any delays caused by the courier or external factors (such as strikes or severe weather) are unfortunately beyond our control — but we’ll always support you if things go off track.
