Our Guarantee
We take care to produce every order to a high standard and want you to feel confident when ordering from us.
Whether you're ordering a single personalised item online or a larger branded order for your business, club or organisation, we'll check your order and artwork as part of our production process.
If something goes wrong with your order, we'll work with you to put it right.
What We Guarantee
We guarantee that your order will:
-
Be produced using the products, decoration method and artwork agreed for your order.
-
Be produced to a professional standard.
-
Be the product, colour and size ordered.
-
Arrive in good condition.
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or has been incorrectly produced, please contact us and we'll investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
This may include a replacement, reprint or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee.
Artwork & Design Approval
The way your artwork is checked depends on how you place your order.
Quoted Orders
For quoted or bespoke orders, we will normally provide a digital mock-up for you to review and approve before production.
Once you have approved the artwork and placement, production will proceed based on the approved design.
Please check the mock-up carefully, including spelling, wording, colours, artwork, garment choice and positioning.
Online Orders
For products ordered directly through our online stores, a separate pre-production mock-up is not normally provided for approval.
You are responsible for checking the product, colour, size and design details before completing your order.
We will still assess your artwork before production. If we identify an issue that we believe could affect the finished result, we'll contact you before proceeding.
What We Can't Guarantee
Some characteristics of personalised garment decoration are part of the normal production process and are not considered faults.
These can include:
-
Minor variations in print colour or embroidery thread colour.
-
Small variations in print or embroidery positioning.
-
Minor differences between the appearance of artwork on screen and the finished garment.
-
Variations caused by the characteristics of different fabrics and garments.
-
Differences between garments from different manufacturers or product ranges.
We also cannot accept responsibility for errors that you have approved on a quoted order, or for incorrect product, colour or size selections made by you when placing an online order.
Artwork Quality
We assess artwork before production, but the quality and suitability of the artwork supplied can affect the finished result.
Where we believe artwork requires attention, we will contact you before production where possible.
If you have concerns about the suitability of your artwork, please contact us before placing your order.
Reporting a Problem
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.
Please include:
-
Your order number.
-
A description of the problem.
-
Clear photographs showing the issue.
We'll assess the issue and let you know how we can resolve it.
Our aim is simple: if we've made a mistake, we'll put it right.
